Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Nose: Apricots, honey, botrytis, spice and chamomile notes. Very nice nose that is sappy and fragrant with a nice hint of botrytis decay. Palate: Bright orange blossom, apricot, honey and baked peach. Intense acidity and brightness throughout. Finish: Acidity clears the palate and keeps this very intense wine fresh.

A marvelous d'Yquem paired with Foie Gras Torchon.
