Thursday, November 24, 2011 - A thanksgiving aperitif. Not a whole lot of analytical evaluation here but suffice it to say it was wonderful. Golden yellow color, fine stream of bubbles. Broad, plush, full, yeasty with lemon and pear. Expands in the mouth beautifully. Not the longest finish but completely satisfying.
