Friday, December 30, 2005 - Simply stunning Champagne. The bubbles are there but not in excessive quantity and the nose is great, not overly carmelly, this bottle obviously was well taken care of. Lots of pears and apples that smoothly meld with the rest of the flavors int he Champagne. When Roederer hits with Cristal they can do really well and this was definitely a year Roederer did great.
