Saturday, March 21, 2020 - This was one of our top wines we’ve had in a while. Complex flavor, nice dryness (but not too dry), good fruit notes without being overly fruity. We decanted it for 3 hours but could tell it was drinking great as soon as we opened it. I wouldn’t sit on this much longer - it’s drinking amazing now.
