What that means is that it's a bit more aged than the regular cuvee both pre- and post- bottling. It's actually really solid, extremely at under $20. It's on the more yeasty, autolytic side, but with decent acidity. Certainly destroys any sparkler in that price point, which would be mostly domestic sparklers.
