Saturday, May 30, 2020 - Tasted last night. used Coravin. This wine is great. Holding up very well. Pomegranate/maturity, and vanilla notes on the long finish. Fruit and acid balance are in alignment. It s not getting any better, but this wine is drinking great right now. Went really well with veggie pizza with red peppers. Wish I had another bottle... glad I waited.
The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle.
