Thursday, October 14, 2021 - Deep youthful colour gave promise of things to come. Classic cabernet. Evolved in flavour/structure but probably a number of years still in it. Dark fruited, perfectly balanced and tobacco, cocoa and warming spices. Clearly outshone Mount Mary Quintet 2006 opened at same time.
