Friday, April 1, 2022 - This is obviously reaching the last leg of its journey but very drinkable and certainly not dead. Opened 30 minutes before consumption and drank out aged Bordeaux glasses over a 3 hour period.

Not surprisingly - full of tertiary characteristics - cedar, wood, tobacco and vanilla but some fruits were still very much there. The Cabernet Franc was very detectable (surprisingly) on the finish. Tannins were fine and all in all, this bottle was pretty balanced. It did fade after 2 hours so I would not linger around too long.

It was a privilege to experience it.

Drink now.
