Sunday, February 11, 2024 - Good news. Beautiful dark purple black color. Only 8mm of cork creep. No brown at the edges. No tanin left. Perfectly balanced. Drinking beautifully. No need to keep longer, however should last 2-4yrs. Drink now if you have it. It’s at its peak.
