Monday, May 10, 2021 - Tasted blind. The nose had tropical fruit, citrus, orange, a honeyed note, and lemon zest notes. Lots of acidity with a good amount of pure fruit, candied lemon, and pineapple on the palate. Well balanced and complex. Long finish. I quite liked this, probably the best CA Sauvignon Blanc I've had. After a few hours in the glass, the acidity was almost too much, so this note is based on my impression of the ~30 min of tasting.
