Sunday, March 14, 2021 - 3rd of 5 bottles, delicious. Last tasted 1.5 yrs ago. Just lovely plum fruit, cassis, pencil lead, espresso grounds, black cherry and anise.
Perfectly gritty tannins, beautifully moderated acidity. Drink now through 2025+.
