Friday, February 7, 2014 - Black fruit dominates the taste profile, with not much cherry/raspberry. Definite spice of cinamon and nutmeg. Mouth feel is dense for a Pinot. Medium/full body with nice complexity, but the high alcohol at over 15% makes it less food friendly than some west coast Pinots. Nice sipping by itself though. A serious pinot noir.
