Saturday, December 7, 2019 - From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of liquorice, baking spices. With agitation shows cream, leather, sour black fruits, a jubey blackcurrant lozenge note, a touch fo black tea and horse sweat. Lots going on but the volume is low. Medium plus intensity acidity, red and black fruit, black tea, leather, tannins are drying, tight and talc textured, fruit persists and proves itself more ripe red than black on the finish but will with that jubey note. Alcohol warmth is slightly intrusive on the finish. Okay.
