Thursday, July 31, 2014 - Richly layered fresh apples and mountain flowers. Silverly mineral and naked acidity. Bone dry and good concentration. Overall, not too far from classical savennierres. Noticeable oak is well counterbalanced by big fruit. Finishes saline and long.
