Likes this wine:

Monday, February 19, 2018 - Very well balanced but not particularly expressive right now. Blackcurrant, strawberry, powdered mushrooms. Hardly budged across 3 hours in a decanter. Maybe I should have held this another 5-10 years to go for autumnal tertiary complexity, which was the original plan when purchased at the winery in 2013. The 2011 Rhys Alpine earlier this weekend had more complexity and structure and therefore potential, as this was flat and boring in comparison. A lovely complement tp n'juda-seared tuna (but so would just about anything). Pretty classic Oregon PN overall, just pricey. 92 quality but 90 experience for me on this night.
