Sunday, November 25, 2012 - Served single blind in a Thanksgiving tasting of 2010 pinots from various winemakers all from the shea vinyard. The lineup included offerings from St. Innocent, Winderlea, Broadley, Shea, Penner-Ash and Autuer's Ophelia. Upon intial opening was in serious contention for wine of the night, but ultimatly did not hold up as well in the glass as did the St Innocent. Still a fine showing in the number two spot. Fragrant red fruit and spice, and elegant in the mouth.
