Saturday, October 9, 2021 - With Vietnamese grilled pork chops, served in Zalto Universal stems. This was a stunner right from the moment it was opened. Electric and alive, vibrating and vibrant with a pinpoint precision and lingering finish. Right in the kabinett zone as far as balance of acidity and fruit and sweetness for me. Though there was complexity here, I thought it was more of a great guitar solo than the band playing. When thrown against the smoke and fat of the grilled pork, though, all the harmonics came out. Glorious bottle of wine, with personality and a high pleasure factor.
