Friday, December 29, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of toast, lemon, chalk, mineral, lemon, red apple. My third tasting with the last in 2021. From my scores, it seem like 2006 is more ready to drink now.

1/6/2024 2:17:00 AM - I find 2008 vintage now a little too acidic to drink now, I prefer my champagne to be rounder. The price point of most 2008 vintage champagne are priced higher than other vintage. I wouldn’t drink it at the moment. But if I have to choose, i will prefer to drink 2008 Dom Perignon.
