Saturday, July 10, 2021 - Yum. I thought I picked up some slight oxidation at first, a slightly nutty/Madeira like note. With time it morphs into more butterscotch / honeyed aroma. It’s subtle though, still lots of primary fruit with rock melon, mango, and a sort of burnt lemon / burnt orange zest thing. Palate is rich and textural, feels leesy in that it has this lovely yeasty, savoury note. Big length. Hard to fault.
