Tuesday, January 4, 2022 - I'd echo the comments around cherry, which is something I did not previously find. There is something 'cocktail-like' about the fruit, which has sort of evolved into its own thing, but with that sharp acid and creamy texture. There is a roundness here that feels indulgent and I'm now treating these as cheese wines. Delicious.
