This wine has taken on greater complexity now, and while it will never be a great Zilliken or Prum, it stands shoulder to shoulder with many of the very nice 2011 kabinetten. Only a tiny bit sweet, it has rich fruit and petrol sensations and a mild orange/ apricot, vague floral character. Perfect for warm weather and with lighter fish.
