Friday, June 1, 2018 - Love me some good Kabinett, and this is good Kabinett. Minerally, bright, some nice pucker from the acidity. Merkelbach = QPR and this was a winner. Fresh, very clear in the glass. Served with a Thai-inspired dish and that worked. Enjoyable, high toned, clean. Good now but can also hold longer.
