Monday, December 25, 2023 - Medium gold color. This has a lovely aromatic profile of apples, candies fruit and honey. It is medium weight, is sweet without being cloying and has good palate coverage. It went well with sheep’s milk cheese but also our not too sweet sugar cookies. A distinctive and versatile dessert wine that flies under the radar.
