Saturday, January 3, 2015 - Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Caladoc and Tempranillo. Blackberry, blackcherry aromas mingling with sweet spice, fennel and lots of oak. Dense yet supple with extracted and rounded tannins, accents of pipe tobacco and milk chocolate to the sweet, pounded black fruit core.
