Friday, January 31, 2014 - Bubbles after pouring suggesting some bottle fermentation went on. Lots of cabbage and barnyard during the first hour. Almost too funky at this stage. After that it gets better and reveals quite a lot of complexity.
(Shouldn't be registered as "2010" in here since it is "Vin de France" and as such is NV?)
