Monday, June 26, 2023 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color is dark and inky. Although not purple anymore this really is Not showing any signs of age. Nose starts with tingly like freshly fermented fruit but during dinner transitions to dark plums, olives and a hint of pine. Swishing this shows both acid and tannin, but the tannins are much more integrated this time. Acids keeping this lively I think. This has progressed nicely and I think has lots left in the tank.
