Monday, January 13, 2020 - Big blockbuster cuvée made from equal amounts of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. Ample exotic fruit but supported by good minerality and acidity. Really long finish. It’s nothing you would want a second bottle of right away but that doesn’t mean it’s not a really well made wine. Made biodynamically.
