Saturday, April 13, 2013 - Tissot Jura Tasting: Slightly cloudy colored. The nose shows grapefruit, lemon pith and hay with some lightly nutty background notes. The palate has intense minerality, with superb tension and balance. Texturally excellent, there is great depth to the underlying fruit here. Wow, this is so impressive.
