Sunday, February 1, 2015 - I thought the bottle might have been corked because of an initial funk and the signs of seepage however it was perfect post a little breathing time. A purple red color in the glass. A nice bouquet of aroma up front post blow off with distinct cherries, cola, and a hint of some mild oak and smoke. Once again on the palate, you see the Bing cherry red fruit promptly with slight accents of cola, coffee/chocolate, spice box, and some simple and mild oak. Great popular super bowl party wine. Highly recommended. Glad I have a few more bottles and hope they hold up through the end of next year but I may finish them first.
