Saturday, February 10, 2024 - I bought 3 bottles of this wine directly from JP. The previous bottles were ok, but nothing to brag about. This last bottle was one of the best Insignia's I've ever had. I have had more consistent bottles with the 01 and preferred it to the 02. But in this instance, the 02 outperformed the previous 01's I've had. Beautiful dark fruit plum fruit with a beautiful bouquet. The tannins were so resolved and the secondary nuances were so pronounced but balanced. My favorite Insignia bottling yet.
