Tuesday, February 1, 2022 - About an hour of air and consumed over two hours.

This was ripping from the start; with time the bubbles softened but a beautifully textured wine with notes of green apple, marzipan, and orange peel. Dense and ripe on the palate, with aggressive attack and long bright finish. Absolutely delicious
