Monday, August 22, 2022 - My sole bottle of this. Was planning to keep it till 2025, but when a friend invited me over to his place for "all you can eat" Irish oysters and wanted to try a relatively aged BdB, I had to bring this. Right out of the gate - brioche, mineral and green apple. So lithe on the tongue, yet substantial at the same time. the finish was long, in a discreet, understated manner. This was a top notch champagne and I was mightily impressed. My friend, who strongly prefers BdNs, is starting to come round to BdBs, especially those with some age on it..
