Sunday, December 9, 2012 - Tasted with some wine-pros from the media - This wines stood the test and itself. It is resistant against almost any force (except letting it fall down). Very monolithic and still in need of some ageing. Nobody knew how Mr. Pontoni managed to put such big Périgord truffles into one single bottle. Magic. Reminded me in an unlogical way to the 1990 La Chapelle, but was of course more dense and chewy, but this will resolve in trhe next decade. Let it sleep or it will not let you sleep.
