Thursday, September 26, 2013 - This wine is not intended to be the star of the meal. It is a gastronomic wine working as a team with the food.

The aromas are elegant, clean and free of excess wood. The acidity is quite high. It supported a salmon Rillete charged extra lemon and a wonderful pork with mustard.
