Tuesday, October 31, 2017 - Astonishing and hedonistic dry white wine. Cloudy yellow color because it’s unfiltered. Nose is gorgeous with apple, pear, peach, talcum, white pepper, sweet citrus, and just a touch of anise. Palate shows palate-cleansing bright acidity and nice tannins alongside green avocado, Meyer lemon, sweet farmers cheese, lemony tart key lime pie, and toasted pastry flour (as in a waffle-shaped sugar cookie). Finish is very long. This is fantastic wine. Impressive.
