90 Points

Friday, June 29, 2012 - Had on back-to-back nights with 1990 Bosconia at Troquet-Boston ($60). Decanted at table and drunk over 2-1/2 hrs. Appearance and taste more developed than expected with an autumnal nose, very little apparant American oak, cigar skin, dusty soil tones, light spice. A gentle caress on the palate with brightening acidity and friendly tannin on the finish. Enjoyed, but this btl might have been prematurely in decline.
