Friday, February 8, 2013 - Baking spice, cranberry sauce, and blackberry in the nose. Tastes of Cassis syrup and boysenberry jam. This is a good Hot wine at 15.5% alc. but the intense fruit masks it nicely and pairs extremely well with spicy foods. Our friends at Michael-David do rich, inky, dark fruit flavored wines very well and we are intensely appreciative of them for it!
