Tuesday, March 27, 2018 - Cellartracker in the flesh with Stefan, Mats & Tomas (L'Effervescence, Tokyo, Japan): Polished oak, vanilla, spice, plentiful black fruits, slightly earthy, muddy almost. Off dry on the palate it feels, rich, spicy, plentiful alcohol warmth, tight tannins, vanilla. Could be any varietal harvested at over full phenolic ripeness. I called New World 2012 but couldn't be more specific
