Thursday, March 21, 2024 - At its peak in my opinion.
Bottle was cellared at 59 since original delivery from winery.
Aerated and drank over an hours time.
Full dark fruits. Cedar and tobacco come in. . Slight vanilla and dark spice notes like allspice at back palate. A delicious wine ready for drinking now!
