Thursday, April 23, 2020 - Blind Tasting 30th Anniv. Oldest Dooker for me to date. Deep purple with medium meniscus, high viscosity commensurate with MD. Powerful fruit on the noise including raspberry, blackberry along with a bit of smoke, a hint of mint and floral notes. Has rounded a bit with age but still very full bodied on the palate. Flavors of red, black and dried fruits, along with smoked meats, bacon and a bit of tobacco. Great now, may improve further.
