Tuesday, September 2, 2014 - Awesome wine. Popped and poured, consumed all but one glass the first night. The wine opened nicely over about three hours. The second night it was still very good but had not improved. It was also a little chillier than it should have been and I didn't have the patience to let it warm to room temp.
