Sunday, May 7, 2023 - Bottle 2/3. Brown bricking on the edges. Smells almost bourbon barrel aged. Palate has a prune and maraschino cherry thing going on. Tannins are integrated well, but the palate does not really taste anything like my previous bottle (which I enjoyed much more). Some serious bottle variation here. One bottle left, will see how the dice rolls on that one.
