Thursday, June 17, 2021 - Wine Diner (Ada St): Text book, mature and singing wine. So much mint and eucalyptus in the aromas and on the palate. Fresh plum fruit for days with well integrated balancing structure. No hurry, but I’d drink in 5-10 years.
