Wednesday, July 4, 2007 - Had this bottle on July 4th, 2007 with a grilled ribeye (and a Roaring Forties blue cheese sauce). Fantastic fruit, and a balanced finish. This may well be the peak of this wine, but I have to believe that my other bottle will be good five years from now. Fantastic!
