Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - 30 minute decant. Can’t fake the funk, and this has it to spare! Mushroom, grilled beef, stewed tomato, and loam glide into plum and dried bing cherry, presenting a long and energetic finish. Tannins completely mellowed. Wouldn’t hold much longer.
