Monday, January 1, 2018 - Very beautiful Cava, expressive, with notes of white flowers, a bit of pastry & notes of citrus.
There is 10% Chardonnay, with the traditional Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo grapes - it seems to add a nice touch of lemon & more complexity.
It's a real bargain.
