Saturday, December 29, 2018 - A medium straw sparkling wine with aromas of lime and green apple. The bubbles can be felt popping and hitting the tip of your nose in the glass, like a freshly opened can of Coke. The body was light with high acidity balanced by a touch of sweetness. The wine had a nice tartness and was very refreshing. On the palate were lime and the bite of a grapefruit. It had a short finish and was not complex. Overall, it was delicious and would be nice on a hot summer day.
