Thursday, April 30, 2015 - Wow it was more than 2 years ago since I last had this. From my prior note, it seemed like nothing has changed. Still golden, vibrant acidity though this time it did seem sweeter than before. But still the acidity kept everything in check. I think I need 5 more years before I touch the next bottle!
