Thursday, April 30, 2015 - Wow, this was magnificent when sufficiently chilled! Honey'ed nose of flowers, nectarines. I had expected this to be much sweeter (given that it's an Auslese), but it seemed like the sweetness had somewhat toned down a notch after all these time in bottle. This was so rich on the palate, but yet felt so light and fresh (acidity) that there wasn't any sense of cloying at all. Very very good! Brought home some, and wife said "go buy more" after trying it! Thank-you very much, JT... :(
