Friday, April 19, 2013 - Wind Gap Tasting with Scott Schultz (Forestville, CA): Pretty and elegant nose full of cranberry and cherry with some interesting herb and stem notes. More red fruit on the palate with a generous earthy undertone of stems and herbs. Plenty of acidic cut and juiciness. Long herb and cranberry finish. Great stuff.
